When you access our Services, certain connection data is automatically transmitted to our web server, including:

3. Data You Provide

3.1 Registration and Login

To create an account and access the LLM Visibility platform, we process:

  • Email address – for authentication and account communication
  • Name / Organization name – for account identification

Purpose: Enabling account creation, secure access, and account management.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and fraud prevention).

3.2 Authentication via Stripe and Firebase

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may process payment information (e.g., credit card data, billing details) to complete transactions. Authentication is provided through Firebase Auth (Google Ireland Limited), which processes your email and IP address to send a secure login link.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

3.3 Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process:

  • Name (optional)
  • Email address

Purpose: Sending updates, product news, and marketing content.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
